Michael Schrøder is the newly appointed CFO of DEAS Group and will play a decisive role in its transformation
Michael Schrøder joined the ranks of senior management at DEAS Group as its newly appointed CFO on 15 August 2022.
Michael will help bolster DEAS’ financial performance and serve as a key figure in DEAS’ transformation as it increasingly becomes an innovative consultancy with a sustainable agenda. The advances taking place were set in motion last year when Rikke Lykke took the helm as the CEO of DEAS Group.

Previously the CFO of the Danish chain Fitness World, Michael has a strong financial and commercial background in economics, finance, IT and business development.
Michael, who holds an MSc in economics, has held a variety of leadership roles and gained management experience in corporate restructuring, including of businesses owned by private equity funds, in addition to experience with acquisitions and mergers.

Michael, 47 years old, married and the father of four,of four, lives in Frederiksberg in the Copenhagen greater metropolitan area and owns a mobile home that the family enjoys traveling in while on holiday. Next year Michael will be headed to Paris with Team Rynkeby for the sixth time.
