DEAS Group is a Nordic end-to-end strategic partner covering the entire real estate value chain in the main real estate sectors.

We act as a partner to national and international investors across the Nordics as well as other stakeholders under two separate brands: DEAS Asset Management A/S and DEAS A/S, both wholly owned companies in the DEAS Group.

With basis in 3 overall focal points 'stakeholder management', 'social impact' and 'innovation' a dedicated team of more than 1,000 real estate professionals with a deep local market expertise provides consultancy and traditional real estate management services such as transaction advisory and asset management as well as development, technical building consultancy, climate and sustainability consultancy, and public-private partnerships (PPP).

In 2021, DEAS Group entered the Nordic market, thereby providing access for investors to a solid set-up and local network across Sweden, Norway, Finland and Denmark.

We are present in eight Nordic cities with a total portfolio under management of +2,600 properties in the main real estate sectors with a total of 13.5M sqm totalling an AuM of EUR +38.8 bn in the Nordics.
