Renting consultant

A renting consultantat at DEAS’ responsibilities and tasks involve the handling and management of waiting lists for rental housing, the creation of housing adveritisements, the reception of and replying to enquiries from tenants, buyers and partners, carrying out showings of available housing and participating in Open House events, for example at first-time rentals of new constructions.

The renting consultant works in close cooperation with the clients, which are primarily pension funds, and together they coordinate rentals, often via property site They are naturally also in close contact with clients looking for properties, just as they are in touch with the janitors on the properties.

Qualifications DEAS expects in a rental consultant:

  • official training as a real estate agent (optional)

  • strong interest in and extensive knowledge of the housing market

  • service-mindedness and the ability to communicate with all sorts of people

  • strong communication skills – oral and written
