Our vision is that people choose to live, shop or, work in buildings we take care of.
DEAS is Denmark’s biggest full service property house. DEAS’ ambition is to be a client-oriented service company that offers efficient management, operation and property development. Our strategy for 2020 is based on value creation through collaboration, in the form of both expanded collaboration with new and existing clients and greater of efficiency and more synergies in internal work.
Our strategy has to ensure that all DEAS’ employees strive together to create value and positive experiences for our clients, tenants and residents every day. And it has to ensure that DEAS retains its leading position on the Danish property management market.

This requires a strong, common, client-oriented culture. That’s why we work according to a ‘culture book’, which sets the guidelines for who we are and how we work. The culture book is a tool and an aid for maintaining a positive culture at work, creating value through collaboration.
Our strategy includes a number of key points:
- Quality: Improved quality through things like standards and quality assurance.
- Digitalisation and self-service: More digitalised processes and self-service for our clients, tenants and residents.
- Processes: Boost our key processes by certifying DEAS' quality management system according to ISO 9001:2015.
