Our vision is that people choose to live, shop or work in the buildings we take care of.
DEAS is Denmark’s largest full service property house. Our ambition is to be a client-oriented service company who offers efficient management, operation and development of properties. Our strategy for 2020 is based on value creation through collaboration - both expanded collaboration with new and existing clients, greater efficiency and more synergies in our internal work.
Our strategy is aiming at all DEAS’ employees striving together to create value and positive experiences for our clients, tenants and residents every day. And it is aimed at DEAS retaining its leading position in the Danish property management market.

Achieving this requires a strong, common, customer-oriented culture. That’s why we work according to our ‘culture book’, which sets the guidelines for who we are and how we work. The culture book is a tool and an aid for maintaining a positive culture at work, creating value through collaboration.
Our strategy includes a number of key points:
- Quality: Improved quality through standards and quality assurance.
- Digitalisation and self-service: More digitalised processes and self-service for our clients, tenants and residents.
- Processes: Boost our key processes by certifying DEAS' quality management system according to ISO 9001:2015.
