If any operational problems arise in your lease, you must contact the Centre Manager or property caretaker. You are also welcome to contact DEAS in case of larger problems that cannot be solved out in the centre.
Acute problems outside of opening hours
In case of operational problems that occur outside of normal shopping hours, the caretaker/operator can of course not be contacted. The property is therefore signed up to a system, where you can get help if an acute problem occurs. Our emergency number outside of normal working hours is 70 30 20 90.
Wherever the operational problems comes from, we will always like to be help solving the problem or refer you to the appropriate authority or supply vendor, so you can instead concentrate on your business.
