Precautions regarding corona virus/COVID-19
We are experiencing an extraordinary situation in Denmark regarding COVID-19. The country is practically shutting down and it has a huge effect on all of us.

Extended opening hours in the service center
The opening hours of our service center are extended so that we can answer all your inquiries as best as possible.
Opening hours: From 8am to 8pm on tel. +45 70 30 23 30
Inspections prior to vacating and moving in
If you have an appointment regarding an inspection prior to you vacating og moving in to your appartment, we will adhere to the original agreement. If it becomes necessary to postpone the inspection, you will of course hear from us in advance.
In light of the extraordinary situation, we ask for your understanding as you may experience longer response times or that our service level is slightly lower at your bulding than it usually is.
You are always welcome to contact us by phone or mail
Since the announcement of the authorities Wednesday evening, our administrative staff has been sent home to work, while all our operational staff so far will be working, though with toughened instructions. This means that we continue to answer mails and telephones, and DEAS sends bills etc., as usual.
We continue to ensure a safe environment
Our operating staff will continue to take care of their tasks at all properties as much as possible. However, the caretakers’ offices have so far been closed.
DEAS has made it a priority for our operations staff to solve the most important tasks first. This means that, for example, handling waste, securing electricity, water and heat is more important than sweeping the street.
We keep our distance out of respect
You will find that our caretakers and other staff keep a proper distance and avoid physical contact. But we still appreciate a smile. We have to look out for each other.
Show consideration for each other
More residents will be home during the daytime, and we will do our very best to ensure that you do not experience any deterioration in service. And we urge you to pay special attention to each other in the building and look out for each other.
Delays in construction work
If you live in a building that is being renovated, you may find that construction work is being put on hold, in whole or in part. It is also possible that re-letting etc. is delayed. In those cases, of course, we will directly address the affected tenants.

We sincerely ask for your understanding that slightly longer response times can be experienced on both telephone and mail.
