DEAS is Denmark’s largest full service property house. We are the market leader and can ensure the value of the property portfolio by virtue of our size, our capacities and our processes. We manage over 2,000 properties in Denmark and work for the largest institutional investors in the country.
DEAS has approximately 1,200 employees, who provide competent service in all aspects of the management, operation and property development.

The core of our business is property management, and as the two specialties we offer property asset management and public-private partnership (PPP). All in all, we manage over 7.8 million square metres of property.

Property management is the core of our business, so our customers are ensured an effective administration of their property portfolios. We are the leading specialist within the field and have more than 25 years of experience. Our services are supported by an ISO-certified quality management system, and we follow a set of ethical standards for property management and has a strict code of conduct for how we cooperate with our suppliers, among others.

Our employees are highly professional, and DEAS has built up an expertise in all areas of property management, including law, reporting and renting. This builds long-lasting customer relationships.

DEAS is a member of the Danish Property Federation.

Letting

Idling periods as short as possible is the goal when DEAS takes care of the letting of both residential and commercial leases. We know the market locally and nationally, and overall, DEAS handle more than 3,600 lettings.

When it comes to letting commercial leases, DEAS’ own business brokers can lease all types of commercial leases around the country. When it comes to residential leases, DEAS owns and operates the letting portal Findbolig.nu. The web portal significantly reduces waiting times by systematically offering available residential properties to potential tenants as soon as they have been given notice. DEAS also efficiently manages waiting lists and complex allocation rules.

DEAS successfully increases market value and returns through property development.

Our range of services span widely from consulting to actual execution. We can therefore offer both renovation, modernization, energy optimization and property maintainance - either with a full mandate to develop or a strict adherence to the budget. We have over 60 different engineers and architects who offer consulting and oversees the completion of all tasks and projects.

Overview, accuracy and insight are the keywords for DEAS' digital reporting. The ongoing reporting is rooted in a dedicated department. We work constantly to improve the delivery, so DEAS can maintain reporting that is accurate, in detail, with the necessary overview and forecasts.

The customer's strategy for acquiring and selling properties typically changes over time. These changes also apply to property management. DEAS has the size and capacity to accommodate these changes. In larger portfolios, changes can also occur in the property portfolio in connection to the acquisition and divestment of properties. This poses no challenge for the administrative conditions, as our setup is designed to accommodate this.

Facility Services is a DEAS unit attached to the day-to-day operation and maintenance of properties. 

While some customers want inspections upon occupation and vacation, others prioritize cleanliness in and around the property – and some focus on long-term operation and maintenance. We take care of your property 24 hours a day, and through our uniformed employees, we provide a professional and visible property service. DEAS Facility Services has more than 300 employees.
