DEAS is Denmark’s largest full service property house. We are the market leader and can ensure the value of the property portfolio by virtue of our size, our capacities and our processes. We manage over 2,000 properties in Denmark and work for the largest institutional investors in the country.
DEAS has approximately 1,200 employees, who provide competent service in all aspects of the management, operation and property development.

The core of our business is property management, and as the two specialties we offer property asset management and public-private partnership (PPP). All in all, we manage over 7.8 million square metres of property.

Our deliveries are supported by a ISO-certified quality management system with detailed and documented processes for all parts of our business. In addition, we are driven by a set of ethical standards for property management and a strict code of conduct for how we cooperate with, among others, suppliers.

DEAS has employees with deep professionalism, and we have built up an expertise in all areas of property management, including law, reporting and renting. We at DEAS perceive this as a long customer relationship.

Letting

Idling periods as short as possible is the goal when DEAS takes care of the letting of both residential and commercial leases. We know the market locally and at the national level by virtue of the fact that we assume more than 3600 lettings overall in DEAS auspices.

When it comes to letting a commercial lease, DEAS’ own business brokers can lease all types of commercial leases around the country. When it comes to residential, DEAS owns and operates the letting portal Findbolig.nu, which significantly reduces the waiting times by systematically offering available residential properties to potential tenants, as soon as notice has been given from them. DEAS also efficiently manages waiting lists and complex allocation rules.

Fair handling of tenants is done through legal knowledge and knowledge of all rules and laws. The housing market is complex and requires comprehensive legal expertise. DEAS has its own legal department with their own lawyers, which capacity wise is the country's largest in this field, and as one of the few also offers corporate administration.

We have extensive experience in looking after the relationship to tenants with a visible and capacious service. We ensure this through regular studies and measurements of tenants' satisfaction by living in a property managed by us. It gives a higher satisfaction among tenants, because we regularly get requests and needs in meetings, and ultimately minimise tenant turnover. In addition, it gives our customers insight into DEAS' ability to ensure satisfied and secure tenants.

DEAS is successful in increasing market value and return through property development.

Our range of services span widely from consulting to actual execution. We can therefore offer both renovation, modernisation, energy optimization and property maintainance - either with a full mandate for development or a strict adherence to the budget. We have over 60 construction engineers, architects and engineers, etc., which advise on and ensure the performance of all tasks.

Overview, accuracy and insight are the keywords of DEAS' digital reporting. The ongoing reporting is rooted in a dedicated department. We work constantly to improve the delivery, so DEAS can still report accurately, in detail and with the necessary overview and clear forecasts.
The digital platforms are also developed on an ongoing basis in order to meet our customers' needs, and new initiatives are launched on an ongoing basis. Among other things, DEAS provides our institutional property investors with a digital reporting platform named DEAS Property Insight.

Customer strategy for buying and selling of properties often changes over time. That is the case also with the corresponding need for property management. DEAS has a size and, consequently, a capacity that can accomodate changes in needs. In a larger portfolio, changes can also take place in the property portfolio in connection with the acquisition and divestment of properties. It is no challenge when it comes to the administrative and developmental conditions, because our setup is designed to accomodate this.

Facility Services

Facility Services is a DEAS unit for operation and maintenance of properties. 

While some customers have the need for moving in and moving out inspections, others ask for cleanliness in and around the property – while still others focus on long-term operation and maintenance. We take care of the property 24 hours a day, and through our uniformed employees, we provide property service professionally and visibly in the property – thus creating secure tenants. DEAS Facility Services has over 300 employees and is familiar to many on the street.
