DEAS effectively carries out the ongoing renting of centres focusing on the optimal shop mix. We have the largest section of the leasing managers, who are in contact with a wide range of large and attractive tenants both at home and abroad. 

We work strategically with the development centres, in line with market trends and consumer demand. DEAS has considerable experience and a track record in the field, and have taken care of concept development and renovation for example of Frederiksberg Centre and the cleaning concept at Lyngby Storcenter
