DEAS Group (DEAS Holding A/S) is a Nordic end-to-end strategic partner that covers the entire real estate value chain in key real estate sectors. Headquartered in Copenhagen, Denmark DEAS Group employs 1,000+ real estate professionals and operates from eight offices across the Nordics.
DEAS Group acts as a partner to national and international investors across the Nordics as well as other stakeholders under two separate brands: DEAS Asset Management A/S and DEAS A/S, both wholly owned companies in the DEAS Group.
Stakeholder management, social impact and innovation are the three cornerstones from which our dedicated team of real estate professionals with a deep local market operate to provide consultancy and traditional real estate management services such as transaction advisory, asset management, development, technical building consultancy, climate and sustainability consultancy, and public-private partnerships (PPP).
With a portfolio of more than 2,600 properties under management in the Nordics in key real estate sectors, DEAS Group is owned by Montagu Private Equity, a leading European private equity firm.
Overall DEAS Group has 13M square meters of assets under management to the tune of more than 39bn euros in the Nordics.
Our experts
We have a broad spectrum of business areas, which results in a diverse composition of people and skill sets - gardeners, lawyers, craftsmen, architects, and engineers, to name just a few. Additionally, we have over 20 nationalities spread across four Nordic countries. This diversity is not only crucial for creating an inclusive environment, but it is also essential for generating new ideas and perspectives, which are vital for our ongoing development and innovation.
DEAS was established as a property management business owned by Danish Pension Funds.
In 2013 DEAS established its Fund & Asset Management business in Denmark.
In 2015 DEAS Group was acquired by Montagu Private Equity, a leading European private equity firm.
In 2021 the Fund & Asset Management business was expanded with the acquisition of Abrdn’s Nordic real estate platform; a team with a long proven track record.
Our vision is to become the preferred Nordic real estate partner with a local presence, offering clients full-service expertise from fund to property management services.
